Penn Medicine Lancaster (Pa.) General Health has named Amy Reigner chief human resources officer.

Ms. Reigner returned to the organization where she began her Penn Medicine career in 2011 as a human resources business partner, according to a July 21 LinkedIn post from the health system.

Over the past decade, she has served in several systemwide leadership roles, including corporate HR manager, associate CHRO and, most recently, CHRO at Penn Medicine Princeton Health in Plainsboro, N.J.

In her new role, Ms. Reigner will lead the strategic direction and oversight of all human resources functions at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health.
