PeaceHealth taps Darrin Montalvo as chief financial and growth officer

Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth has selected Darrin Montalvo to serve as executive vice president, chief financial and growth officer, effective Jan. 20.

Mr. Montalvo comes to PeaceHealth after serving as executive vice president and COO of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System in Baton Rouge, La.

He also previously was CEO of DPM Advisors in Arlington, Texas; president of enterprise services at Renton, Wash.-based Providence St. Joseph Health, now known as Providence; and served in leadership roles at St. Joseph Health in Irvine, Calif.

PeaceHealth said Mr. Montalvo’s appointment follows the departure of the health system’s executive vice president and CFO, Kim Hodgkinson, after a personal leave of absence last month.
