Dr. Adams is currently community CMO of CHI Franciscan Health in Tacoma, Wash., and has served on several boards throughout this career. For instance, he has been on the board for Cambia Health Solutions since 2009 and was the first practicing physician to serve on the American Hospital Association board of trustees.
Dr. Adams earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and conducted a residency and fellowship at the University of Washington.
