Paulding (Ohio) County Hospital selected Kyle Mawer to serve as COO, effective immediately, according to a Paulding Progress report.
Here are three things to know:
1. Mr. Mawer most recently served as chief nursing officer. In his new role, he will retain oversight over nursing and clinical services.
2. He joined the hospital 12 years ago and has previously served as manager of the surgery department.
3. During his time at Paulding County Hospital, he helped implement an EHR system as well as develop a pain management center.
