Paula Chermside. CEO of Aspirus Grand View Hospital (Ironwood, Mich.). Ms. Chermside was named CEO of Aspirus Grand View Hospital in May, before which she served as the hospital’s COO for three years. As COO, Ms. Chermside oversaw the expansion and renovation the hospital emergency department, led the design and construction of an outpatient complex and helped implement an EHR. Now as CEO, Ms. Chermside works with Aspirus’ Upper Peninsula regional executive team to facilitate increased collaboration between AGVH and other Aspirus hospitals and clinics.
