Patrick Carron. President and CEO of Perry County Memorial Hospital (Perryville, Mo.). Mr. Carron began his career in healthcare as a registered nurse at Barnes Hospital, St. Louis University Hospital and St. Anthony’s Hospital, all in St. Louis. He joined Perry County Memorial Hospital in 1993 as vice president of operations and assistant administrator, eventually coming to serve as both president and CEO in October 2005. Outside of Perry County Memorial, Mr. Carron serves on the board of various healthcare institutions, including the Southeastern Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Services, the Healthcare Services Group and the Missouri Hospital Association. He received the Regents Award from ACHE for healthcare careerism in 2004.
