Passavant Area Hospital in Jacksonville, Ill., has selected Douglas Rahn as president and CEO.

Mr. Rahn is currently executive vice president and COO of Springfield, Ill.-based Memorial Health System. Prior, he served as senior vice president and COO of Leesburg (Fla.) Regional Medical Center.
