Edgardo Tenreiro, CEO of Palos Community Hospital in Palos Heights, Ill., is no longer employed by the hospital after less than three months in the position, according to a Crain's Chicago Business report.
Mr. Tenreiro said he "can't really talk about it," after confirming his departure from the hospital, according to the report.
Mr. Tenreiro joined Palos Community Hospital on Nov. 15. He previously served as COO of Baton Rouge (La.) General Health System.
