1. Mr. Saldanha came to Palms of Pasadena from Largo (Fla.) Medical Center, where he was assistant administrator and co-ethics and compliance officer.

2. His prior experience includes serving as director of orthopedics, spine and rehabilitation services at Brandon (Fla.) Regional Hospital and assistant vice president, post-acute care at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, N.C.

3. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

4. Mr. Saldanha earned his master of health administration degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
