Steven Packer, MD, president and CEO of Montage Health in Monterey, Calif., has shared plans to retire next spring after 25 years in his role. 

Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare has recently made several executive changes within its hospitals.

David McFadyen has been appointed president and CEO of Trinity Health, West Region, effective July 1. He will succeed Odette Bolano, who will retire June 30.

Riverside (Calif.) Community Hospital, part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, has appointed Peter Hemstead as CEO, effective June 17.

Saint Mary's Regional Health System, a 170-bed hospital that is part of Brentwood, Tenn.-based Lifepoint Health, appointed Casey Willis CEO, effective June 10.

Delta (Colo.) County Memorial Hospital, also known as Delta Health, has named Lisa Lee CFO. 

Phoenix Children's has tapped Justin Bradshaw as executive vice president and COO, effective July 1. 

Euan MacGregor has been named CEO of Virginia Gay Hospital and Clinics in Vinton, Iowa, according to a June 9 Facebook post on the hospital's page.

Eric Rhodes was appointed president of Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, Ill., part of Downers Grove-based Advocate Health Care, on June 3, according to a LinkedIn post. 

South Charleston, W.Va.-based WVU Medicine Thomas Hospitals has named Rachel Jones CFO, according to a June 7 post on her LinkedIn page.
