Independence, Iowa-based Buchanan County Health Center has named Tony Fortmann CFO. 

Tony Torres, assistant CEO of AllianceHealth Durant (Okla.), will head to Missouri for a new opportunity, according to an Aug. 29 LinkedIn post from AllianceHealth Durant/Madill.

St. Louis-based SSM Health has selected Kerri Bayer, DNP, RN, as chief nursing officer of its Oklahoma and Mid-Missouri region. 

Michael Costa was named president and CEO of Randolph, Vt.-based Gifford Health Care, effective Oct. 14.

Andrew Rush, president of UPMC Somerset (Pa.), will also lead UPMC East in Monroeville, Pa., and UPMC McKeesport (Pa.), according to an Aug. 28 news release shared with Becker's. 

Wausau, Wis.-based Aspirus Health has named two regional presidents to succeed retiring leaders, effective Sept. 3.

Indiana University Health and Indiana University School of Medicine, both based in Indianapolis, have named Michele Saysana, MD, senior vice president of academic medicine and executive associate dean for clinical affairs, effective Oct. 1.

David Irizarry has been named CEO of Corpus Christi (Texas) Medical Center, effective Sept. 1.

Ann Szapor, BSN, RN, is joining RWJBarnabas Health after serving as the chief nursing officer of Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston since 2017.
