Wayne Gillis, RN, was named president and CEO of Gallup, N.M.-based Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services.

Peoria, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare CEO Bob Sehring has shared plans to retire in April 2026. 

Richard Shadyac Jr. will step down as president and CEO of the American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities, the fundraising organization for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., effective March 1.

Ann Madden Rice has been appointed the new interim CEO of Portland-based Oregon Health & Science University.

Matthew Foster, MD, has been appointed president and CEO of Mount Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor, Vt., and of Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, N.H., both members of Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth Health.

Mike Eesley, executive vice president and CFO of West Reading, Pa.-based Tower Health, will be exiting his role after the system finds his successor.
