Medina, N.Y.-based Orleans Community Health CEO/President Wendy Jacobson resigned, according to a report by The Daily News. Ms. Jacobson’s last day was Dec. 31, 2017.

1. Ms. Jacobson is stepping down due to “several personal factors.” She is looking into other opportunities she has been offered, according to the report.

2. She served at the helm of the critical access hospital for three years.

3. During her tenure, she helped establish Orleans Community Health as a critical access hospital and implemented the 340B drug savings program.

4. Orleans Community Health CFO Mark Cye will take over as interim CEO/president.
