Orlando Health taps CFO for 3 hospitals

Orlando (Fla.) Health has appointed Howard Brown CFO for Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, a 285-bed acute care facility.

Mr. Brown has two decades of financial healthcare experience and for the past two years served as CFO for Orlando Health-Health Central Hospital and Orlando Health-Horizon West Hospital.

In addition to his new role, Mr. Brown will continue to oversee financial leadership responsibilities at Orlando Health-Health Central Hospital and Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital.

Before joining Orlando Health, Mr. Brown’s career included six years at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center as CFO. Previously, he was CFO for North Shore Medical Center in Miami, and financial controller for St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach.
