Frazier comes to Morehouse General Hospital from Homer Memorial Hospital, Homer, La., a 66-bed hospital where he served as CEO. His previous experience includes management roles with Phoebe Putney Health System in Albany, Ga. as Chief Administrative Officer for the System’s SWGA Regional Medical Center and AVP of Operations, Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. His experience also includes leadership positions at several other Georgia and Texas hospitals. Frazier holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Savannah State University in Georgia and a Master of Science in Health Service Administration from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah.
Interim CFO Storck joined Morehouse General Hospital in November 2016 from Monroe County Hospital in Forsythe, Ga., where he also served as Interim CFO. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Augusta State University in Augusta, Ga. and has held similar financial management positions with hospitals in Texas and Oklahoma.
