Oracle taps new CFO

Hilary Maxson was named CFO of Oracle on April 6.

In her new role, Ms. Maxson will report to Oracle CEO Clay Magouyrk and lead the software company’s global finances.

Doug Kehring will transition out of his role as Oracle’s principal finance officer, where he helped the company through “a period of immense scale and structural change,” according to an April 6 news release.

Prior to her new role, Ms. Maxson served as executive vice president and group CFO of Schneider Electric, a global energy and technology company.
