Ms. Slater has served as interim CEO since April, following the hospital’s transfer of ownership from Ardent Health Services.
Ms. Slater previously served as corporate legal counsel to St. John Health System in Tulsa and operations vice president for Via Christi Oklahoma Regional Medical Center in Ponca City, Okla.
