OhioHealth taps first chief customer experience officer

Columbus-based OhioHealth has named Lori Turner its first senior vice president and chief customer experience officer.

Prior to her new role, Ms. Turner served as senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, according to a May 28 news release shared with Becker’s.

She also served in leadership roles at South Bend, Ind.-based Beacon Health System and Dayton, Ohio-based Kettering Health Network.

“[Ms.] Turner envisions building the organizational “muscle” to listen at scale, continually monitor customer expectations and respond to changes,” the release said. “In her role as chief customer experience officer, [Ms.] Turner also leads OhioHealth’s entire marketing communications function.”
