In the new position, Dr. Glassman will oversee the integration of health and wellness practices into the health system’s processes as well as lead the development of population-level interventions.

“[The new title] recognizes Kim’s dedication to advancing the mission for all nurses to achieve expertise in holistic nursing techniques, for their own self-care as well as for the care of the patients, and to better promote great outcomes for all of our patients,” said Robert Press, MD, PhD, senior vice president and chief of hospital operations at NYU Langone Health.
