David Rizzieri, MD, has been appointed system physician executive at Charlotte, N.C.-based Novant Health Cancer Institute.
Dr. Rizzieri, an oncologist, most recently served as the clinical vice chief of the hematologic malignancies and cellular therapy division at Durham, N.C.-based Duke University. He is an internationally recognized leader in the field of cancer with more than 200 published articles, a Sept. 27 news release shared with Becker's said.
