Mr. Gronseth was officially let go Feb. 19.
The termination was “strictly a personnel matter,” Scott Richardson, director of communications for Northfield Hospital and Clinics told KYMN Radio in Northfield, according to the report. Mr. Richardson did not give any other comments.
Mr. Gronseth stepped into his role at Northfield Hospitals and Clinic in October 2010.
