Michigan’s St. John Providence Health System Names Interim President for Brighton Hospital

Michigan-based St. John Providence Health System has named Daniel J. McCormick interim president of Brighton (Mich.) Hospital, according to a hospital news release.

The Brighton Hospital board of directors selected Mr. McCormick after a nationwide search. Mr. McCormick succeeds Denise Bertin-Epp, who left the hospital to take a position with Guest House in Lake Orion, Mich.

Mr. McCormick most recently served as interim president and CEO of the Hazelden Foundation in Minneapolis. Prior to that, he held the position of president and CEO at Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital in Grand Rapids, Minn.
