Ms. Alexander-Lane is taking over for John Halfen who announced plans to retire.
Most recently, Ms. Alexander-Lane served as CEO of Sebasticook Valley Health System in Pittsfield, Maine. She has also served as CEO of Ojai Valley (Calif.) Community Hospital and Steele Memorial Medical Center in Salmon, Idaho.
