Northeast Georgia Health System names Andrei Boyarshinov chief legal officer

Gainesville-based Northeast Georgia Health System has hired Andrei Boyarshinov to serve as vice president of legal affairs and chief legal officer.

Mr. Boyarshinov, who assumed the role last month, most recently served as deputy general counsel at Gainesville-based University of Florida Health. He earned his law degree from the University of Florida.

In his new role at Northeast Georgia Health System, Mr. Boyarshinov will oversee regulatory compliance and provide legal expertise, working with physician leaders, administration and outside counsel teams.
