1. Most recently, Mr. Thomas served as COO of the hospital.

2. He succeeds Tate Kreitinger, who has taken on additional responsibilities at Kalispell (Mont.) Regional Healthcare. Mr. Kreitinger also serves as CEO of The HealthCenter in Kalispell.

3. North Valley Hospital is a nonprofit, critical access hospital.
