North Shore Medical Center names CEO: 3 things to know

Miami-based North Shore Medical Center, part of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare, selected Mark Racicot to serve as CEO, according to Miami’s Community Newspapers.

Here are three things to know:

1. Ms. Racicot most recently served as CEO of Florida Medical Center, a campus of North Shore in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

2. He has also served as lead COO for Tenet’s Miami-Dade Group hospitals.

3. He holds an MBA from Fitchburg (Mass.) State University.
