Fayetteville, N.C.-based Cape Fear Valley Health has named Brian Pearce president of Cape Fear Valley Harnett Healthcare.
In his new role, Mr. Pearce will oversee Cape Fear Valley Betsy Johnson Hospital in Dunn, N.C., and Cape Fear Valley Central Harnett Hospital in Lillington, N.C., according to a May 27 LinkedIn post from the system.
Mr. Pearce has 25 years of experience with the system and has helped lead projects and programs focused on expanding healthcare access and strengthening services across southeastern North Carolina, the post said.
He most recently served as vice president of operations and development, according to his LinkedIn profile. He first joined Cape Fear Valley Health as education coordinator and paramedic supervisor in 1998, and more recently serving as vice president of facilities and emergency management.
