Mr. Powers currently serves as CFO and interim CEO. He will continue serving in his CFO position in addition to his new appointment.
He was named interim CEO on Feb. 1 when former CEO David Butler accepted the CEO position at Tillamook (Ore.) Regional Medical Center.
