Ms. Frado has most recently served as vice president of planning and marketing for the Middletown, N.Y.-based Greater Hudson Valley Health System, of which CRMC is a member. In the past she owned and operated her own management and consulting firm, serving clients including specialty hospitals, community hospitals and academic medical centers.
