New York health system names CFO as interim CEO

Oneida (N.Y.) Health CFO Jeremiah Sweet will serve as interim CEO and president effective June 1.

Mr. Sweet will take over from former CEO Jonathan Schiller. Mr. Schiller is taking over as the next president and CEO at Middletown, N.Y.-based Garnet Health.

The hospital anticipates finding a permanent CEO in the fall of 2023, according to a June 1 Oneida news release.

Mr. Sweet will continue working in the CFO role as he takes over the interim CEO position.
