Seanna-Kaye Denham Wilks, PhD, has been appointed chief operations officer of NYC Health + Hospitals/McKinney, a 320-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in New York City, effective Jan. 5.
Dr. Denham Wilks brings nearly 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to the role, according to a Jan. 23 news release from NYC Health + Hospitals. She most recently served as chief experience officer at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, where she led systemwide strategies for patient experience, employee engagement and special projects.
As COO of McKinney, Dr. Denham Wilks is responsible for environmental services, emergency management, hospital police, laundry and linen, food services, facilities management and therapeutic recreation.
