New River Medical Center CEO Marshall Smith Resigns

Marshall Smith, CEO of New River Medical Center in Monticello, Minn., has announced his resignation, according to a Monticello Times report.

No reason for his resignation was provided, but Mr. Smith will stay with the hospital as a consultant as it affiliates with St. Cloud, Minn.-based CentraCare., according to the report.

CentraCare plans to name an interim CEO for New River Medical Center soon, according to the report.
