Maurice Farwell has been appointed assistant CEO of MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, N.M.
Mr. Farwell has experience in hospital operations, performance improvement and leadership, according to a July 9 LinkedIn post from the hospital.
He most recently served as associate administrator of operations at Harlingen, Texas-based Valley Baptist Health System, according to his LinkedIn profile. Before that, he was director of operations at Detroit Medical Center and spent five years with Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth Health.
MountainView Regional Medical Center is a 168-bed hospital.
