Ms. Carroll comes to Saint Peter’s from Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J., where she served as operations chief. She previously served as executive director of Irvington (N.J.) General Hospital and executive director of the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey in Newark.
As senior vice president and COO, Ms. Carroll will be responsible for planning and directing all operations, objectives and initiatives, including budgets, according to the release. She will begin work on Sept. 7.
