Ms. Saunders succeeds Richard P. Miller, who will continue to serve as Virtua’s CEO.
Ms. Saunders joined Virtua in 2002 and most recently served as executive vice president for health services and COO. She has also worked at Dekalb Medical Center in Decatur, Ga., as COO and administrator of patient care services.
