New Jersey system taps chief legal officer

Englewood (N.J.) Health has named Matthew Amodeo executive vice president of legal affairs and chief legal officer.

Mr. Amodeo has served as the health system’s external legal counsel since 2009, according to a June 1 news release shared with Becker’s. He was previously a partner with law firm Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, based in Philadelphia.
