Nemours Children’s taps regional chief medical officer

Nemours Children’s Health, Pensacola (Fla.), named Eric Schuck, MD, vice president and chief medical officer.

In the role, which took effect Feb. 1, Dr. Schuck oversees physician practice operations and lead quality and safety initiatives and collaborations across the state, as well as practice at Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart in Pensacola, according to a March 30 system news release. 

Previously, he served as interim CMO for two Greensboro, N.C.-based Cone Health hospitals.
