Ms. Fishel was previously the operations manager at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, N.Y. She also has experience as a nurse at a critical access hospital in Moscow, Idaho, and has been an RN for 15 years. She also holds a nurse executive certification.
Ms. Fishel replaces Regina Mulligan, who had been with Littauer for 43 years.
