Naples (Fla.) Comprehensive Health named Danny Hogan CFO, effective Oct. 5.
Mr. Hogan joins the two-hospital system from Cincinnati-based Bon Secours Mercy Health, where he was CFO of shared services and integrated operations, according to an Oct. 7 NCH news release. In that role, he directed financial strategy across the system’s enterprise operations, focusing on transformation, operating performance, strategic partnerships and growth.
He previously held three other CFO roles within Bon Secours Mercy Health: for its shared services organization, for Bon Secours Health System Ireland and for Mercy Health’s Cincinnati West Market hospital. Earlier in his career, he held finance positions at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and Humana.
NCH President and CEO Paul Hiltz said Mr. Hogan’s experience leading complex organizations “will be invaluable as NCH continues to grow.”
