Most recently, Mr. Morgan served as vice president and division CFO of Franklin, Tenn.-based Capella Healthcare and vice president and market CFO of Capella/Saint Thomas Health, the joint venture partnership under which Capella Healthcare and Saint Thomas Health jointly operate four of Capella’s middle Tennessee hospitals.
