Marvin Eichorn was named executive vice president and COO of MSHA. Mr. Eichorn has served as system CFO for 16 years.

Lynn Krutak will replace Mr. Eichorn as CFO. Ms. Krutak has been with Mountain States for 19 years, and she has served as the CFO for Mountain States’ Blue Ridge Medical Management Corporation for more than 10 years.

The system also eliminated the positions of senior vice president for Tennessee and senior vice president for Virginia. Instead, the MSHA formed four markets defined by patient and physician flow. Monty McLaurin will serve as market CEO for the Northwest market, Sean McMurray will serve as market CEO of the Northeast Market, Dwayne Taylor will serve as market CEO for the Southeast Market and Tony Benton will continue to serve as the interim CEO of the Washington County Market until a permanent CEO is selected.
