1. Ms. Maguire most recently served as treasurer, vice president of finance and CFO of the hospital.
2. She will continue to serve as treasurer and CFO, in addition to her new role.
3. Equipped with three decades of finance experience, Ms. Maguire has previously served as controller of The Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor.
4. She is a member of the CFO Council for the Maine Hospital Association and secretary of the Maine Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association.
