Morris County Hospital CEO resigns after 20+ years: 3 things to know

Morris County Hospital in Council Grove, Kan., announced the resignation of CEO Jim Reagan, effective Aug. 31, according to a report by The Emporia Gazette.

 Here are three things to know:

1. Mr. Reagan is leaving to pursue opportunities in medical consulting.

2. He served as the critical access hospital’s leader for the more than 20 years.

3. During his tenure, the hospital grew significantly, adding a rehabilitation facility with a therapy pool as well as a state-of-the-art MRI.
