Missouri’s Jefferson Regional Medical Center Names CEO

Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City, Mo., has promoted CFO Jim Muehlhauser to president and CEO, according to a St. Louis Business Journal report.

Mr. Muehlhauser replaces Lloyd Ford Jr., who resigned in September.

Mr. Muehlhauser has been CFO of Jefferson Regional since 1997. He will be assisted in the transition by Steve Weiss, who has provided financial consulting services to Jefferson Regional since 2003 and will expand his services and provide added support as the hospital’s interim assistant CFO.

Mr. Muehlhauser will remain CFO until that position is filled, according to the report.
