Missouri’s Saint Luke’s Health System Appoints Dr. Melinda Estes as CEO

Saint Luke’s Health System, based in Kansas City, Mo., has appointed Melinda Estes, MD, to CEO of the health system, effective September, according to a hospital news release.

Dr. Estes currently serves as president and CEO of Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vt., and has previously served in a leadership position at the Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston and Naples, Fla. She will replace current Saint Luke’s President and CEO G. Richard Hastings, who announced in January his plans to retire this summer.
