1. Mr. Poquette was previously CEO of a rural critical access hospital in Maine.
2. He is a lifetime fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
3. Mr. Poquette has also served as ACHE regent for the state of New Hampshire.
4. He is the permanent successor to Kelly Duke, who abruptly resigned in June 2018.
