Since 2010, Mr. Foster was the president of Cone Health’s Annie Penn Hospital in Reidsville, N.C., prior to the appointment at The Moses Cone Hospital. While there, he received the Business Person of the Year Award from the Reidsville Chamber of Commerce.
Also a recipient of the 2013 Guardian of Excellence Award and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Mr. Foster served as the vice president and COO of Maria Parham Medical Center in Henderson, N.C., prior to joining Cone Health.
