Zach Chapman has been promoted to COO of Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall, Mich., according to a July 27 news release.
In his new role, Mr. Chapman will oversee the hospital’s operations, organizational performance and operational strategy.
Mr. Chapman currently serves as executive director of the Oaklawn Medical Group, and will begin the transition into his new role Sept. 14. He will maintain his role with the medical group until a successor is named.
Mr. Chapman’s new role is the first time the hospital has had a COO on its executive leadership since 2021.
Prior to his time at Oaklawn, Mr. Chapman served as COO of Granite City, Ill.-based Gateway Regional Medical Center.
