McLaren Port Huron (Mich.) named Lance Beus president and CEO, effective Oct. 26.
Mr. Beus succeeds interim leader Tim Vargas at the 186-bed hospital, which is part of Grand Blanc, Mich.-based McLaren Health Care, according to an Oct. 7 health system news release.
He has more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, most recently as CEO of Detroit-based hospitals, according to the release. He previously served as CEO of Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio, and Tennova Regional Hospital Jackson (Tenn.).
