MetroHealth selects Julie Jacono as chief strategy officer

Cleveland-based MetroHealth System appointed Julie Jacono senior vice president and chief strategy officer.

Ms. Jacono has served as interim chief strategy officer since January. She was previously the health system’s vice president of strategic operations. She also has served as executive director of ambulatory operations and director of strategy and business development at MetroHealth.

As chief strategy officer, Ms. Jacono will oversee the health system’s strategy and expansion into nearby counties, development of nontraditional business lines and other business development opportunities.
